Over a month I've been waiting for MBE Guildford to send me my Tooveys auction lots. I complained and got this reply;
"Please accept our sincere apologies for the unacceptable delay. We will despatch these on Monday so that they arrive on Tuesday"
Did they send them? NO!
Did they have the courtesy to contact me to advise? NO!
Now my emails get their damn "We are closed until 2nd Jan" autoresponder". Good for them. Never ever again.
