What a service! Reading to Kyoto in 6 days. We had a selection of christmas presents and essentials for expats including Marmite. Giacomo packed and liased the shipping with us and we were able to track its progress. A delighted daughter reported a safe arrival with no damage. Well done Giacomo.

Level of communication was good but I didn't receive the item until nearly 3 weeks after the auction date having paid invoices speedily.

I really liked how I could upload what I needed online and then pick it up the next day in the store, it was stress-free and efficient. When I compared my printed colour poster to other poster where I was presenting, it had a better quality paper and more vibrant colours than the other posters, which I am very pleased about.
