These skills and attributes are designed to help reduce the risk and / or the recurrence of injury as well as maintain and improve levels of performance, in an effective, efficient, ethical manner, helping to a better quality of life. Based in Manchester, covering in no particular order, Salford (Salford City Chiropractic Clinic), Wilmslow (Beautiful Of Wilmslow), Hale (Precious Health), East Manchester (The National GB Taekwondo Centre) and Stretford (Manchester Well-Being Rooms). My work with elite athletes started back in 2004, as a volunteer delivering treatments to grass roots right the way through to elite paralympic athletes and swimmers. This included providing hands-on treatments in the lead up to World Championships and Paralympic Qualifying Trials for Beijing (2008), London (2012) and Rio (2016). During 2020, I provided pre- and post soft tissue and injury rehabilitation treatment to the British Basketball League team Manchester Giants during the COVID / "lock-down" season. Most recently, I’ve delivered soft tissue therapy treatment since 2017 to the GB Taekwondo and Para-Taekwondo squads in the lead up the Tokyo 2021 Olympic & Paralympic Games as well as the current Paris 2024 Games. At the same venue, the National GB Taekwondo Centre, I work alongside UEFA registered Football Coach, Wayne Richardson of Richardson Sport, providing soft tissue treatment and injury rehabilitation advice, information and support to grass roots players right the way through to elite Championship, Premiership and WSL (Women's Super League) playersSee more
