Five stars for the guys at MB Jarvie, I called them at short notice to get a wheel balance done as other garages couldn’t accommodate my vehicle setup. All sounded simple but as my car isn’t standard, oversized tyres, off-road rims, suspension kit etc etc it proved to be a bit of a challenge. Adam kept me informed throughout the process and completed the job entirely to my satisfaction, handling was vastly improved when i got the car back. I would highly recommend this business. Experience overall was great from booking in process to collecting the vehicle.

First time using them, great service and loved the updates and reminders via text message, even when dropping keys off through letterbox. Checking-in on line before dropping off vehicle was great as I had the choice to say what I could pre-approve for works/service as well.

Was recommended to go here to get 4 wheel alignment done correctly on my Discovery 3. Early days yet but all seem good. Garage was efficient & kept you up to date with what was happening along with pictures & an written report. Not the cheapest place but if you want it done correctly then would recommend them.

Made contact - got quote - accepted quote - did the job - picked up car - no fuss - no problems - good communication - no delays - all good.
Only good things to say about MB Jarvie.

Excellent BMW Service - I recently got my BMW serviced and had its MOT done. The communication is excellent and drop off is really easy (plus it's near the subway to easy to head into town!). I find the team to be really professional and thorough and the fact that my computer is updated is a bonus - means I don't have to follow up with a trip to the dealer. Information provided is excellent and they take time to go through it with you - thoroughly recommend for any BMW service/MOT work.

Booked my 15 year old, high mileage, Freelander 2 into MB Jarvie after experiencing bad uneven rear tyre wear. They were able to carry out a 4WD alignment and bring everything back within manufacturer's specs with a comprehensive before/after report. Not as expensive as I feared either. Just need to keep an eye on tyre wear over the next few hundred miles

This is my second time I have used this garage to sort out steering problems which I am happy to say they resolved the issues in both occasions , it’s a Garage that has the Hunter Balancing and wheel alignment machines and have been trained on how to use them which makes things so much easier as I have been to a Garage with the same equipment 20 mile down the road that made a pigs ear off the work they where doing , my only thing with MB JARVIE is it’s very hard to speak with someone as most things are now all done on line which is a bit Frustrating but will definitely Not hesitate to use this garage again if I was to give them a score out of 10 it would definitely be 10 :::

Great service from MBJarvie, from booking in to updates on work done/needed. Charges very reasonable. No frills, they just get on and do what needs to be done in a pleasant and helpful way. Feel confident inn the work they do, and the care they take over it. They were recommended to me, and I am always happy to recommend to my friends.
