Big thanks to Adam and his team who undertook a major repair on my vehicle at short notice. I was very impressed with the online booking process, drop off and collection process especially important during this current Covid crisis. The process was made less stressful by the regular progress updates received. A first class service and one I will be sure to recommend to friends and family. Thank you again and I look forward to doing business with the team in the future.

I've been very happy with any dealings I've had with Jarvie, and they've managed the current covid protection procedures really well, by minimising contact when I dropped off and picked up my car.
I'll certainly use this garage again for they do a professional job without charging the earth, and it's also reassuring to be able to speak directly to the boss.

More info about sweat of oil on transmission would have been appreciated, otherwise price was as stated and comprehensive report appreciated also.

Great service. First time at MBJ. Great service, took CL in for full wheel alignment, all done quickly and efficiently with good comunication as work progressed and feedback on the results. Adam is an enthusiast and it showed in his knowledge of the marque and advice given.

I have used MB Jarvie for a number of years now (~5 years) after an accidental discovery of the garage following a very bad experience at another garage that had left my car in a terrible non-driving state. At that time they were quick to diagnose the problem (which another garage had not resolved in over 2 weeks of having the car), were professional in their approach and maintained an excellent customer service. All this whilst not turning their noses at my beat up old car which didn't quite fit into their German performance car field of expertise.

These things have still not changed in the time I have been using them. The team are always very clear in explaining issues they find, courteous, and very obviously excellent mechanics rather than part changers which a lot of garages seem to have become.

The only criticism that can be leveled against them is that they are not the cheapest garage available. This is not to say that they don't provide value however as the costs are often associated with them fitting genuine parts rather than cheap knockoffs and paying for well qualified mechanics who know what they're doing.

In a day and age where it is often difficult to find a good trustworthy garage I would highly recommend taking your business here.

Great garage. If you are looking for top quality mechanics, and great communication this is the place to go. I have used MBJ for both my car & my wife's car, and I am always given great service, and everything explained in a way I can understand.
