BMW Z4 Combox for repair

Sent my BMW Z4 Combox for repair. Customs were a pain, the Company were great. When MURA finally got the box from customs, it was repaired and promptly returned, The box works PERFECTLY.
The repair cost was very reasonable too.
I am extremely happy.

2 weeks ago I ordered a BM54 from u guys and I got the confirmation of the order by email and that was all...I got nothing just that email. If the site is off or you don't have more BM54 or whatever you can remove de ad.

Wasted time and money

I wasted two months for a diagnosis of my unit, and now also paid for the return.

Thanks for the long reply, and I understand that you moved to a new apartment. I would have been happy to pay for the diagnosis or even fix, but you did not even look at it.
It very much look like this "company" is no longer active.

Regarding the shipping costs, we want to clarify our policy. In a repair service such as ours, it is customary for the client to cover the shipping expenses. This information is also published on our website. However, we want to emphasize that we did not charge for the diagnostic operation itself. The diagnostic process is intricate and time-consuming, especially when the product sent for repair exhibits no apparent fault. It requires rigorous stress testing to either manifest the fault or conclude that the unit is fully functional. During this testing phase, a set of tools and resources are committed solely to your unit, rendering them unavailable for handling other orders. Hence, offering a free diagnostic already incurs costs on our end, not imputed to the customer.

While we understand your frustration, offering free shipping in addition to the diagnostic would be economically unfeasible for a business, as it would further strain our resources and ability to provide quality service to all our customers.

Mura!!!!! SUPERB!!!!

I dont know what more to say other than THANK YOU!!! Just received my infotainment unit back. Admittedly it was a nervous time, sending an expensive device to a different country (sent from Canada). And then waiting for it to come back. Things get lost in the mail system. But Vlad knew I was nervous about this. His communication, reassurance and the professionalism is second to none. I wont use anyone else to do any type of sensitive repair. I wish I could give a second guarantee to anyone who is nervous as I was, but all I can do is write this review. Vlad and the rest of the Mura team - hats off to you. I am humbled by your service.

I did send my BMW CCC unit for repair…

I did send my BMW CCC unit for repair to this company from Australia. People in this company are very helpful and prompt. They repair my unit and send it to me through courier nice and tidy. After received my CCC unit. I did install in the car ,my audio system back to the life. I am very happy with their repair. Highly recommended to others,who is any where in the world.

Bmw CIC Idrive repair

Sent my bmw CIC drive to them, they fixed it and sent it back with 1 years warranty,its now back in the car and works a treat no reprogramming..In total to send it have a full check over,have the CIC mother board change with return €440. A bargain when in the UK they want your arm in the price...

My BMW Head Unit fix

My 2015 BMW 5 Series Head Unit failed.
A repeated cycle of the communications switching on and then restarting itself.
After trying to resolve this for some time I was adventually recommened Mura. The process was seamless-as long as you have someone to help remove the communication box ( similar to a car stereo & takes about 10 mins)-I didn't want to try this myself.
I checked with Mura that they could service this and the response and instructions for posting were clear and concise.
The communications box(stereo) was returned within a couple of weeks-fitted locally ( 10 mins) and all is well.

BMW CCC unit from the UK.

Sent my BMW CCC unit from the UK.
Repaired and returned to me with no problems even with the new rules regarding sending things from the UK to Europe concerning customs, following the instructions on their web site on what to do.
Repaired with a supplied warranty as well.
Great guys to deal with.

Excellent service!

Excellent service, in every way! Shipping is easy (from Finland) and they keep the customer very well informed about the progress of the repair. The repair of the BMW CCC-unit only took a day and they announced as soon as the repair was complete. The repair was quick and cheap, we are more than happy! Thank you very much!

Quality and efficient service, 5 Star.👍

Recently sent the idrive system for a 1 series BMW for repair. Was apprehensive initially but when I started to communicate with the company all concerns were quickly dealt with. The communication was excellent with the company keeping you informed regularly. The repair service was top quality completed with efficiency.
Would highly recommend.

[SWEDEN] BMW CIC 2013 REBOOTING

Had a problem with my CIC rebooting (2013 BMW F31 Entry Head Unit). I heard about the company from a Swedish BMW-group on facebook and decided to send it to them.

I was afraid to send it all the way to Romania at first but this was the best choice I had (BMW wanted like 8-times the money to have it fixed).

Ofcourse, the unit was fixed within a day and I had it installed about a week after. Whole process took about two weeks, but that comes down to shipping.

After installing it, everything worked perfectly. And also e-mail contact with them worked super-well. They responded quickly and gave me good answers.

And if you have the same problem as me, look at some youtube tutorials on how to remove the head unit, and then contact MCA to get the form you need to fill in before sending the unit to them. The car is drive-able without the head-unit and they will have it fixed for you.

The only thing I don't know is what they actually do to the unit, if they change any component or if they reprogram it. I just asked them about this and I will edit my review if I get an answer.

Edit: I received an answer to my questions. Very good explanation and I am super happy.
And they give you one year of warranty on the repair.

BMW iDrive (2010 F10 5 Series)

I sent a BMW iDrive (2010 F10 5 Series) that was constantly rebooting to MCA. Their instructions and communications were very clear, and they did a great job for a very reasonable price. The iDrive has been working perfectly since I received it back. Would highly recommend.
