I called the law office to see if I had grounds to file a Medical Malpractice Suit based on Patient Abandonment. I was transferred to Carol, who asked me lots of questions in detail, and I was on the phone with Carol for one hour and two minutes.
After Carol took all of my information, she said she would submit it to their team, and the team would review her notes, and if Mrs. McArthur thought she could win my lawsuit suit some someone would get back in touch with me. I was impressed with Carol because I had already called three or four other law firms, and the questions they asked were not as detailed. I was also impressed that Mrs. McArthur had hired Carol as a nurse because I think a nurse would be better at asking questions relating to a Medical Malpractice lawsuit because of Carol's extensive education, experience, and background in nursing and medicine.
