We have rented a property from MCB and Farwa was absolutely lovely when showing us round and really helpful with any queries we had during the process of applying for the property. She drove an hour to the property when we asked if we can do some measurements before the tenancy period started. When we moved in a few things weren’t working but Farwa immediately resolved the problem which I think is fantastic. We are very happy in our new home and Farwa made it an easy and stress free process. We also appreciate with her quick response with problems occurred in the property. She will also follow up afterwards just to check if problems got resolved. Thanks for all the help.

I work as a Concierge on an upmarket residential building in Central London where I deal with Estate Agents on a daily basis,some of which I shadow during viewings at the property,others I interact often which in itself gives me an insight to the goods and bads happening when one looks for a new place they will call home.

An honest estate agent can be difficult to find in this day and age but MCB are very professional and honest.
