I hired a complete kilt outfit for a wedding. Mc Calls gave helpful suggestions to arrange it properly and make it look really festive. Everything could be managed online. Staff always answered quickly. I would surely book again!

Genuinely some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. Everyone I spoke to was so lovely over the phone, especially Ben who was so helpful and understanding. I was ordering ties last minute for a funeral, and not only did they made sure they would arrive on time, but I was even able to place a second order even later notice when I realised I needed one more (which they shipped same day to make sure it would arrive). We were all very pleased with the ties, and it certainly made a difference on the day. You definitely made a difficult time a little easier, so thank you!

The booking process was faultless. The staff were very kind and informative. They made sure I was happy with everything. They explained what was included and what I needed to purchase.
The only downside and it spoilt my day really was the sporran didn't sit straight and all the photos of me had my sporran at a tilt to one side. When I looked into it the stitching was coming loose on the leather on back of the sporran and one row of itching had already come away. When I took it back the lady said sorry for that which was ok but it had ruined my photos I had taken of me. No offer of a free hire to compensate me.

We ordered kilts online so took measurements ourselves. When we came to collect the kilts the staff were amazing and very helpful to make sure it fitted well and we knew how to wear everything.
They have a fantastic range, excellent staff and great price. We couldn’t have asked for anything better, a very happy party of kilted men.

We were a group of 6 hiring traditional formal attire & the staff at Edinburgh McCalls fitted us all with perfection.

So far so good! We're in the process of organising our wedding outfits and the process has been great. Helpful, friendly, appear to be on the ball. We'll pick up the outfits in a few weeks, then come back with final review, but first impressions are excellent.
