MacDonalds Taschereau Blvd in St Hubert…

MacDonalds Taschereau Blvd in St Hubert drive thru. Employees were too busy on their phones to notce customers waiting. One of the customers left and I had to drive up to the drive thru window and asked why no service. The employee was unfriendly and I seemed to be bothering her. Terrible customer service. Better training required.

At the yonge and sheppard restaurant…

At the yonge and sheppard restaurant someone brings in a dirty dog almost every morning. The dog jumps up on bench seats with dirty feet and sometimes rests there. It slobbers from a water dish on the floor. Patrons feed the dog meat and then touch the tables and seats. The dirty water dish is put on the table too. Very unsanitary. Will report to ontario dept of health in a few days if this continues. Disgusting and unsanitary. It is a pet, not a service animal.

Beware, the vanilla shakes taste like cleaner. Made me sick. This should be dealt with. Nothing has been done to remedy. Do better folks.

Too long of a wait

I ordered a burger combo and extra large fries and they did not deliver the burger on time and I had to wait an extra 15 minutes for the fries to be delivered.
It is very annoying that I waited that long for the fries.

Disappointed do not order from restaurant 40703

First incident I placed an order on the app 32 minutes before closing and when I got there it was closed! I checked again on google and their website and it was supposed to close in 32 minutes. I had to contact McDonals to get a refund and they said all they could do is give me two free meals. I had to open a dispute with my credit card!
Second incident
I placed an order on the app. I got the confirmation that it would be delivered by 18:20. I placed the order and shortly after confirmation stated I would get the order by 18:09 I kept a screenshot. When I realized the driver hadn’t arrived I went to check on my order. I got the confirmation that the driver was having difficulty finding the place. I and other colleagues tried to explain to the driver how to get to the place. He was having trouble and was stubborn. We asked him why he wasn’t using the gps since he was having a hard time understanding directions. My lunch break was until 18:30. I called DoorDash support at 18:25 and spoke with someone for six minutes and he kept repeating that I needed to wait for the delivery confirmation before asking for a refund. He even called the driver and could confirm that he hadn’t arrived. When the food arrived it was cold as I suspected hence why I had requested to cancel and I would reorder. Today I called and spoke to Billy 769649 who seemed very lost, busy doing something else, and he tells me there’s nothing he can do as the order was only 19 minutes late (when in fact it was 30 minutes late!) Do they not consider what time the order left the restaurant vs the time it was delivered? I have had many disappointments with the same restaurant (Des Gouverneurs 440 Restaurant# 40703 located 2715 Avenue des Aristocrates Laval, QC H7E 0H3) and McDonalds has to hold them accountable. My colleagues have informed me to expect disappointment and missing items from this restaurant. How concerning is this situation? Both DoorDash and McDonald are a disappointment.

check you order before you leave the counter

If you really want to improve, hire people who can make a hamburger with cheese only. To anybody reading this, check you bag before you leave the counter. These people haven't been taught how to pay attention. Today I lose but I won't bother going back.

STOP THE WEAK COFFEE

I'm a long time McDonald's coffee drinker and I'M DONE WITH THEM, I'M GOING BACK TO TIM HORTONS. The coffee is weak and crap now, they, the workers can't seem to get it trough their heads to leave the damn coffee brew, I don't care if you're in a rush and want to stick the cup under the brewer while it's brewing, the coffee at the end will be weak and water, plus filled with grounds, they won't listen so don't want to listen I'm not buying, I'm done, and I buy 4 coffees a day. BYE BYE.

Seriously Lucan Ontario get cleaners

The Lucan McDonald's is absolutely filthy inside It's an absolutely beautiful McDonald's but the floor is filthy everywhere there's rings under the tables and the pedestals on the tables are filthy The entry spotted with coffee. Plants on every table are not watered Unfortunately what does this say about the kitchen

Poor service

I don't know why I came to this store#1371 I already had abad experience in the past. When I was done ordering at the drive tru I have to park to make sure that I got all my orders. Of course I'm missing an item again. So I came back to the store and ask why my order is not complete. One of the staff told me they forgot to give me the other bag. I said if I did not check and come back I wouldn't get my orders that I paid for. He also insist they did not charge me for the fries that I ordered as a meal but the receipt shows that fries is included on what I paid. They did not even apologize. I hope the manager that handles this store should train their staff to be more focus on what they should be doing correctly which is always making sure that the customer get the right orders they had paid for.

They constantly offer deals that no-one can take advantage of

Customer for 50+ years but no more. Since the app was released they constantly offer in app deals that no matter you do it says that conditions aren't met even when they are. They don't respond to support requests nor do they fix their app. Leads me and apparently thousands of others according to web searches I've done, to believe that it's intentional. I believe that they are falsely advertising their in app deals hoping you will give up on getting the deal and just order from their extremely over inflated menu. The crappy food they offer doesn't warrant their outrageous pricing model. Nothing they can do will make me want to eat their assembly line food again. The fun and affordable McDonald's I grew up loving that families could enjoy without putting them in debt is long gone.. Just another POS big chain that thinks that they can do whatever they want, including taking advantage of this bs inflation. They might as well close up shop.

Continually receiving poor customer service

Drive through person difficult to understand, he had difficulty understanding me. I ordered coffee with cream and sugar and it took a long time to get him to say it correctly. Finally drove to pick up but it was black. What a waste of time. Person said the one taking orders was difficult to understand that he had difficulty understanding customers too. Try putting people on the drive through that at least comprehend our languages and speak our languages. I realize they are cheap and are there learning but really. Service is important too. The day before drive through person charged me regular price when I told her I was a senior. I asked if the price had increased, she said yes. That was not true. I repeat, customer service is important too. I sent a report to McDonald's head office but the reply was completely not about what happened.

Most disgusting slop I have ever…

Most disgusting slop I have ever received. Ordered 2 big mac's and fries Hamburg was like slop and fries were cold, have these people no accountability for the food they serve? Called store no one answered, of course, upper Wentworth Hamilton mountain store at about 6:30 PM, disgusting.

Screwed up again.

As usual kept me waiting for a drive through order then got it wrong. My fault for not checking I should know better. Ordered amongst other things a cheeseburger happy meal. I received two packs of fries in a happy meal box and that was it. I waited a good ten mins for this. Needless to say by the time I got home and discovered this my latte was cold as well. A very unhappy 5yr old granddaughter.
