Great customer service

Wow - what great service!
Took gazebo down & found corner leg damaged at roof fixing hole because of windy conditions.
Emailed MCD (with original gazebo order number) on the off chance of a replacement.
Had a reply afer a few minutes saying they had one in stock + quoting price/delivery charges.
Contacted them again with my telephone number & whole transaction sorted in 10 mins - plus I was given tips on how to fit replacement etc!!
A pleasure doing business with MCD.
Highly recommended.

MCD Pro Tent are the best

The whole team at MCD pro tent are the best, we've had 2 x 4.5 x 3m canopies from them and the service from ordering to delivery was seamless, the canopies are superb quality and great construction. We required replacement canopies after 3 years and once again the service was superb, many thanks everyone there, keep up the great work.
