Stephanie helped me both with buying, and more importantly with selling me old flat. She was extremely helpful, and at a couple of times, talking to her very much calmed my nerves over the demands from the buyers and their solicitors.

Samantha in the production team was very helpful indeed, especially when nobody told me my advert was going live. the MFL photographer was also brilliant, and I now have some lovely lasting memories of my old place.

The Team at McEwan Fraser were highly recommended by a colleague to come and sell our house. Having never really had positive experiences with Estate Agents previously, the usual lack of communication, lack of sales experience, etc., we were a little wary, but put in a call to McEwan Fraser and 2 other companies as well. Diane Kerr from McEwan Fraser was the first to arrive, a couple of days ahead of the other firms. We spent some time with her going over what we wanted, what we felt was important to us and our expectations of what an Estate Agency should deliver. Diane was excellent. She sold herself, the company, the process, the opening hours (really important that there is contact 7 days a week and late into the evenings too) and a whole lot more besides. We told her we would speak to the other 2 companies and get back to her. Diane left, we had a conversation and within 30 minutes had cancelled the other 2 companies and called Diane to start the process, she really impressed us that much with her knowledge, drive, enthusiasm, professionalism. Everything ran like clockwork, the Home Report, photo's, listing etc. And to cap it all, Diane kept ringing us, keeping us updated on what was happening, the marketing, the interest, feedback, just like she said she would, which I can tell you is a first in our experience. There's nothing more frustrating when you are selling your pride and joy than silence, but Diane was amazing, kept us fully appraised at all times. We felt like we were getting what we were going to be paying for, again, another first in our experience. Diane introduced us to Laura Jane Conway who was our property manager and again, supportive, communicator, bright, the list goes on. In fact anyone who rang us was happy, helpful and professional and I come back to working Saturday's and Sunday's, working till midnight weekdays, incredible. We had a cancelled viewing on a Sunday, which normally would have been frustrating as the viewer would have had nobody to call, we'd have been waiting wondering what was going on, but instead, we had a call to let us know, communication, simple but gotten wrong on so many occasions from previous experiences. McEwan Fraser have got it absolutely right. When it came to offers, and we had several, we 100% felt like Diane was in our corner, knew what we wanted and was working for us, not just trying to get a sale over the line no matter what. Listened, acted, reported back, just what it said on the tin, simple but oh so effective and it has left a mark on us.
Genuinely, if we have to sell a house again in the future, there's only one call we need to make, McEwan Fraser every time. A professional firm, with professional staff who know their trade and delivered on promises, negotiated efficiently and effectively and who I have no doubt in recommending to anyone who has a house to sell. They delivered a first class service and significantly exceeded our expectations, well done and thank you to everyone at McEwan Fraser.

We ended up accepting an offer nearly £20,000 over the original valuation and I dont think that would have happened without the early exposure the house had.
The whole process was great , and Craig was always at the end of the phone or whatsapp when we needed to ask questions.. and there were a lot of questions as Mum hadn't sold in decades.
