From the first moment someone came to give me a quote until the fitting of the windows, every person from MC Glass was respectful, knowledgeable and hard working. They worked non-stop from the moment they arrived, were tidy, polite and well-mannered workers. I would 100% use this company again. In fact, I did. I asked them to return to complete repairs to my conservatory that was leaking from the roof after all the heavy rain and wind. They were clean and tidy in their work, they were polite and courteous throughout their time at our house, and they were happy to explain everything that was being done along the way. We recently had our conservatory roof replaced with an insulated tiled roof and are absolutely delighted with the result. The experience was positive from start to finish with excellent customer service. The two fitters were extremely professional and experienced and did a brilliant job. We would have no hesitation in highly recommending MC Glass.

Water coming in through their newly fitted doors and through our ceiling over Christmas & New Year with no offer of help.
1) Their first attempt at fitting a new balcony door & window unit left us in serious danger. The whole unit shook in the wind
with sealant falling out as it was not properly installed. The lintel over the door was so short that it was not fixed to the brick
wall either side.
2) the new windows poured rain in & they left us like this for weeks not keeping promised appts.
3) they put screws through their own new leadwork
4) the door stuck so we couldn't open or close it.
5) their attempt at reinstalling it has ruined our balcony with the heavy glass in frame sinking in to it whilst it was rested there
whilst they attempted a patch up repair of their leadwork
6) it is now raining inside onto our wooden floor as the doors do now open but there is no seal
7) the ceiling below is ruined as the leadwork is not watertight and the balcony roof has been damaged
8) water is seeping through the light fittings below blowing our fuses
We have been trying to contact them all week but presumably no one in the office at all even for emergencies created by themselves over Christmas to New Year

Water still pouring through our ceiling and light fitting. It was dry and sunny yesterday & we had been promised a tarpaulin on the damaged balcony roof but noone came. Door still not fitting properly and water coming in …

MC Glass (repairs department) was recommended to me when I needed a sash (modern) window repaired. The initial phone call was helpful and they attended to assess what was needed. I then received a quote and having accepted this the repair was booked and undertaken. Very helpful and professional service throughout both in the office and for the repair. Good value. I will definitely use this company again.

I contacted Mc Glass due to a faulty door leading into my garage Tim attended and informed me the door would need repacking was given a price of £50 plus vat was happy with that however the repeated calls to Mc Glass to get the job done after speaking to Aimee on at least 3 occasions I was told two engineers would attend to carry out the work on attending the two work man from Mc Glass stated that the door frame had not been installed correctly and they would speak to Matt the company director and explain to him I was some what confused at the install was carried out by Mc Glass I waited a couple more weeks continued leaving messages and even emailed the company to inform them I was not happy being told that the install by there team was not right.
I awaited contact did not receive it I went into Mc Glass shop in person at little common was told via a phone message that Matt would attend on the following morning which he did that was last Tuesday I have rung on at least 4 occasions to ask for the quote to resolve my issue with no response to my enquiry.
I spoke today to the receptionist at MC Glass was told there was some confusion that they had spoken to somebody else with the same surname was promised a call back straight away didn't happen.
I somewhat disappointed that as a local resident I'm supporting local business to effectively be rubbished Matt attended made no apology for the shambolic install from his own staff that did the job and over a week later no quote in addition I can only believe that I am regarded as an awkward customer to be humoured by his staff I personally feel I have given Mc Glass every opportunity to respond to my enquiry with little or no response I would have to say to anybody considering using McGlass think carefully as they cannot do the basics one final point business may be good now but things change and its people like me that keep businesses like you in business I have given you the opportunity to respond but now have taken my business else where as you obliviously don't want it
