Fast and professional service
Fast and professional service. Cannot recommend their service high enough. The price was very affordable. The transcripts quality was very good, many spoken words i could not understand but the transcript identified them correctly. I am very happy with the service!

Happy with a qualification
In general terms I was happy with the work performed. There were just a couple of typos (e.g. plant for planet) and, I don't know how, a dozen words had a yellow background.
Nothing I couldn't correct myself.

Variable quality across transcripts
The quality of the transcription varied across the transcripts. I assume this is because different transcribers worked on different transcripts. Some of the transcripts were very accurate, while a couple were very inaccurate and had to be redone (by myself). Overall, this service was of good quality but was somewhat inconsistent.
Edit (27/03/25): McGowan got in touch to rectify this issue. If you notice issues with transcription accuracy, they will redo the transcriptions for you.
