I bought the keyboard k99 v2 and I’m in love with it! It has a good heavy weight to it and the sound is amazing right out of the box!
Also the customer service is very patient. I thought my package was lost, but long story long I got it, and during that stressful time, customer support tried to help me. Anyways, the keyboard is great, buy without fear! Quality is there!

I tried Mchose because of the prices. Bought the A7 Ultra roughly 3 months ago. Very happy with that one, good quality, easy to use software and very light. A few days ago unfortunately the middle click stopped working, so I contacted the support. Overall was the process of getting a replacement (the A7X Ultra) very easy and quick. The support answered very quick and I just had to pay the shipping because the mouse is roughly the same price. So overall a very positive experience so far. Looking forward to buy more from this brand 👍🏼

I had a problem with the mouse software, because for my reason the drivers crashed when installing the update. To solve the problem, I contacted support directly on the MChoose website. In the chat, I was fully listened to and given certain links and instructions on what I should do. As a result, they helped me manually reinstall the drivers so that everything worked as I wanted. Very cool support!

I ordered the ax5 pro max. I love the mouse, the only problem I had was with the drivers but the support helped me fix it very quickly.

I ordered an A7 Ultra mouse from the store. It was a really good one to use. Unfortunately it had issues but I got a replacement in the shoes of a new A7 V2 Ultra. They tried to help me fix the mouse, sadly it didn't work but they offered me a replacement. Really like it

I initially tought theirs mouses would be a very bad fake of other more expensive mouses but i was plesently suprised.I ordered l7 pro everything that they said on the store was right. Only one kinda bad thing that happened was my package arrived 5 days late but since the package is shipped from china and i live in mid-eu i understood the late delivery. Great company.

Ordered the Mchose Jet75 Hall Effect keyboard. I live in the UK and I could track the package throughout its whole journey. For standard shipping, it arrived within a week. Very happy with that.

In terms of the keyboard, it is my first hall effect keyboard. It's a huge step up from my previous keyboards. It feels like very high quality, and the software is easy to use. The price is also a positive; it's great value for money compared to other hall effect keyboards.

If you're looking to buy your first affordable hall effect keyboard, I recommend Mchose. I can't speak for the other Mchose products as i've not purchased anything else - but i'm sure i'll be checking them out in the future.

I ordered a MCHOSE mouse directly from their official website. When it arrived, it was warped and didn’t sit flat on my desk, making it unusable. I also had another colour of the same mouse from them and that was fine, so the defect was clearly with this one. I recorded a video comparing both mice on a flat glass mousepad (Pulsar Superglide) and sent it to MCHOSE support.

Their first reply was a generic apology and an offer of either a small partial refund or a replacement, but they wanted me to pay shipping again. I chose the replacement and explained I shouldn’t have to pay for shipping for a faulty product.

From there, their support became an endless loop. They asked me to test the mouse on a mousepad, then on glass, and later said the glass in my video wasn’t “visibly identifiable” and requested another video on visible glass. I had already done everything they were asking and sent the same video multiple times, but they ignored it and repeated their requests.

After a couple of weeks of this with no resolution, I opened a PayPal case. It’s incredibly frustrating, especially since I bought other MCHOSE products that I now plan to return. Their customer support feels automated, unhelpful, and more interested in delaying replacements than actually solving problems.

Awesome company. I won a giveaway from them, initially I thought it was a scam, but they were nice enough to cover the shipping cost and I received the price today.

Recently ordered a g87. All fine and well. First week was Okey, after a week the keyboard would randomly not react. So I wrote them a review. Where I explained the issue. This review DID NOT get posted on they're site. And however i did recieve a email explaining some posible resolutions. However these did not resolve the issue.

Even though package came from china (I live in west-eu) and I filled in the wrong shipping information, with good communication and help by the customer support, the package arrived safe and sound. Product is top quality.

It is the best store for budget gaming keyboards and mice. There is also really nice other stuff and they have a fast and helpful customer service that helped me a lot.
