Robin attended the property to measure all rooms for a visa application and was extremely professional, punctual, and thorough throughout the visit. He took the time to explain the process clearly and answered any questions we had, which was very reassuring. The law firm who did my husband's application recommended using McLaren Environmental Services to get a property inspection report to support the application. I needed the report in a short period of time. When I contacted the service, i got an appointment within 2 weeks period.
Robin came to do the inspection, he was very professional and helpful. I got the report on the same day. Price was reasonable as well.
Unfortunately, my husband's application got rejected the first time and i needed to do the report again. When I contacted Robin, he did the report free of charge because I was a returning customer.
