I signed up, made my first purchase, and played for awhile then I hit jackpot for $1700. I went to verify my identity and once I did they immediately locked my account and sent email saying I had a duplicate account and to login to it. I have no knowledge of any other account plus I need to redeem my winnings that I just won. I have tried contacting customer support via phone and email and Facebook and haven’t heard anything back from anyone. This is not right. How can they lock my account with all the money I won still on it? I have no problem giving them whatever they need to verify my identity but nobody will respond to me to let me know what we can do to fix this.

Update: STILL NO RESPONSE FROM AN ACTUAL PERSON. Only an automated response back on my email and on Facebook messenger. And it says if you respond to their email before they send you another one they will move you to the bottom of the line for help. That’s some bullcrap.

I feel so cheated 😕 😞

You need a easier way to redeem money when you have to verify yourself

I’ve had very good experiences with the game

I won a little but have not been able to collect due to the verification process. They use veriff to verify your ID but after several tries it locks you out. I contacted veriff to get it unlocked but they said McLuck had to do it. Well I tried contacting customer service for several days now and have had no help from them. I got several emails from the support team at McLuck saying they are working on my case so basically they're stalling and kicking the can down the road. My advice is to avoid McLuck at all cost unless you just want to give your money away! McLuck is a total scam!!
