We had a commendable experience with…
We had a commendable experience with Louisa Breitung while viewing and eventually buying our first apartment in Berlin.
I am happy to say Louisa is extremely patient, very responsive , active listener and above all a great guide and advisor throughout the process.
We had multiple queries and confusions regarding the apartment , a tonnes of paper work requirements from the bank for the mortgage and spoke on phone several times, she always had it all covered and was consistent with her willingness to help us and resolve all of our concerns at earliest.
The entire process was very expat friendly and we can totally recommend her.

Astonished
When I put my house up for sale, I assumed it would be on the market for several months according to my previous experience selling this house. To my surprise, with the expertise and skill of my agent, it sold within two weeks. It surprised me. Not only was I pleased, but to my astonishment, I received more than the amount I was asking. The agent's courteous and excited attention to the house, I'm sure, added to the sale.

Never again
Never again. The initial contact from the representative was promising. However, once the contract was signed by me authorizing McMakler to manage my home to sell, communication pretty much came to a halt. I had to reach out several times to inquire about the delay on their behalf. The representative continually and aggressively wanted unneeded documentation from me that had no bearing on posting the home on the internet. I finally cancelled the contract and would not recommend McMakler.

Very professional company
Very professional company, very well managed communication with the customers and super friendly, informed and engaged estate agents. Thanks a lot to Mr Frank who guided us at our recent viewing appointment near nuremberg, bavaria, in germany. very bad, Mackler plays a double play, lies
Makler/realtor canceled the viewing, later we manage to make a new appointment, on viewing we made a deal (reserve a property) and started our process with the bank via McMakler Finance agent. Makler said us we are the only one who wants to buy a property. A few days later Makler said in a conversation with McMakler Finance agent that the property already sold.
False Makler cheated potential buyer, his colleague, played a double play with us.
