Fast delivery
Fast delivery of product though sent the wrong size hair wax - 100ml instead of the 150ml advertised on website.
Took a little bit of back and forth to rectify the issue but was sent another 100ml free of charge in recognition of the mistake

Received wrong product
Order was delivered last week ,all five items were wrong. Several phone calls later sorted out redelivery and return of wrong order. Week later still not received, more calls. Promised next day as on holiday for two weeks from Friday. Abs the manager sorting out today, Wednesday. Hopefully finally get items.

I received a damaged item and…
I received a damaged item and immediately contacted customer service via email, but have yet to receive any response. It’s extremely disappointing to be ignored, especially after receiving a faulty product. Poor communication and lack of support make this a very frustrating experience. I hope the company improves their customer service and takes responsibility for their products.
