I’ve had excellent service with MD…
I’ve had excellent service with MD Anywhere on multiple occasion's. Waiting to get into doc, refill on thyroid med, getting a script to hold me over until my appointment. I love that it takes just a minute or so to get a reply that I will be helped, and I’m not charged unless I get what I need. If they can’t help, (never had this happen yet ) I am not charged. Such a great service! Highly recommend.

Generally, labs are important to make sure the medication can be continued safely and dosage does not need to be changed. This the same protocol an in-person physician would abide by.
