Very convincing and persuasive to start the process, but not clear at all on the costs involved. Lied about total and initial cost and then refused a refund despite it being immediately requested. Would recommend knowing everything about the process before contacting

The last person I spoke to was'nt profeasional . She was pushing me very hard to do what she wants and when I refused she closed the line on my face . Very rude .
