I was eager to try the hair products. I live in Canada and the time it took to get to me was over a month then it was held up at customs and I had to pay a fee to have it actually delivered. I think your website should state there will be a delay in shipping and extra costs on top of delivery etc. So I can't review since I just received it.

Grandma with fluffy hair
I received my MD hair package on time and have used all the products like the shampoo, customized serum every day. In the morning I put one scoop of the marine collagen in my coffee in the morning. With the peptide bond repair oil I have used this sparingly weekly because it will weigh down my very thin hair. I am 67 and have struggled with thinning hair since I was 30. I have stopped using Rogaine and my hair started falling out this past June. The MD hair shampoo has greatly reduced my hair falling out and my hair now has more fullness and body. I usually sweep my hair to the side part and curl it with a 5/8 - inch curling iron before I go out for the day. I still have thinning spots at my part and the very top of my head but now the top of my head feels puffier after taking the MD hair customized supplements and the Marine Collagen. I am hoping this will regrow my hair on the top of my hair in a few months. I really love your products and will be ordering more. Thank You.

Disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience with MD Hair.
I used their products for over **six months**, including both the tablets and the hair serum, and unfortunately I didn't see any noticeable improvement.
A few months ago, I had an issue with my bank card, so my membership payment couldn't be processed. Around the same time, MD Hair emailed me asking how my hair was progressing. I replied honestly, explaining that I wasn't seeing any improvement after more than six months of using their products and asked if there were any alternative treatments or adjustments I could try.
After that, I never received a response to my questions. Instead, the only emails I received were about my outstanding membership payment. I followed up several times asking for advice and support regarding the treatment, but my emails were ignored. It felt like the only thing that mattered was collecting the payment rather than helping a customer who was looking for guidance.
Because of the lack of customer support, I decided to cancel my membership.
I understand that hair loss treatments don't work for everyone, and I wasn't expecting guaranteed results. However, I did expect better customer service and support, especially after committing to the treatment for over six months. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend MD Hair due to both the poor customer service and the lack of results.

One month in
It’s been a month using the shampoo and vitamin supplement, and I notice about 40% less hair loss and WAY less scalp itching. I shampoo my short hair every 2-3 days. I’m not daily with the serum because it’s more of a challenge but figure I’ll eventually get it down.

Very happy to begin to see some change in hair growth, although it's at the beginning stage within almost a month ( I believe).
So far this product seems to be working in my book.
I would recommend it to others if asked about it.
Hopefully I will be able to get a six month or year supply package in the near future .

I was not aware that I had to pay…
I was not aware that I had to pay customs upon delivery of the shipment. Had I known, I wouldn't have ordered the product. Cdn$20 is too expensive.
Also, I did not get a chance to withdraw from receiving the 2nd 2-month shipment. It is outrageously expensive considering the dollar conversion and that I have no income. I will NOT recommend it.

The products do not work for me. The shipping of refills without notice really upset me because I did not want to continue with this product.
The company reached out to me and I am able to return the unwanted products. I appreciate their customer service and that they allow return of unopened products.

Hair Success
I purchased a three month custom kit for growth and thinning hair. Every day I drink my marine collagen, take my pill and use 1 ML of the serum on my scalp. Once a week, I wash my hair. So far so good!! I'm very pleased. It's been a little over a month now and when I wash my hair a lot less hair is falling in the drain cover!! I'm so so happy about this. I'm religious about the hair regimen though. I try hard not to miss a day. I look forward to seeing what my hair will look like two months from now. Excited.
