Lynn Jones (Talent Acquisition Manager for MDPerm) has been superb from day one. She kept in touch with me over 6+ months regarding a position I was ultimately hired for. She handled negotiations in good faith and with sincere caring. She then guided me through the hiring and 1099-MISC set up processes with exceptionally good advice. Lynn Jones has been flexible and effective at every turn when unforeseen challenges arose. Her communication is outstanding, as is her follow through. She embodies what a professional TAM should be and is a wonderful human being.

I had a positive experience working with MD Perm. The team was professional, communication was clear, and they matched me with assignments that fit my skills well. I appreciated their support throughout the contract process. Lynn, my recruiter and contract manager has always been open and understanding when I have any questions to come up.

I responded to an email from an MDPerm talent acquisition manager regarding a posting for position that seemed like a perfect fit for my personal and professional needs and goals. I was immediately in contact with Ms. Lynn Jones, who made the hiring process as smooth and stress-free as possible. I continue to have regular contact with Ms. Jones for biweekly timesheet submittal, and she is always prompt in responding to any questions or concerns I have. Having an ally and a single kind, professional point of contact has allowed me to feel very supported during this experience, which is my first as a psychologist in a contracted position.

I have had not had any issues or problems with MDPerm or with my contract, which was very clearly written and had been upheld. Being nearly 4 months into my contract, there is only one observation regarding potential area for growth for MDPerm. After speaking with contractors who work with other companies, I've learned that there is so much variety in terms of benefits offered (i.e., PTO, health insurance, CE fee and/or malpractice insurance compensation, etc.). I do wish that MDPerm could also offer some of these benefits, as I'm sure this would only attract more candidates and create further incentive for current contractors to stay onboard.

Communication has always been prompt, and any questions or concerns I've had were addressed in a timely and professional manner.

Excellence on fostering an environment of support and collaboration. I appreciate that they are easy to communicate with and I receive a rapid response to all inquiries. I enjoy being part of the team. Shout out to Lynn Jones for just being phenomenal!

MDPerm has been a great company to work for. They go the extra mile to make employees feel valued, recognizing special occasions like anniversaries, holidays, and birthdays. Excellent Experience with MD Perm

Working with MD Perm *(Lynn) has been a rewarding. They connected me to my dream job working as an art therapist for the military, a life long memorable experience. The position was cut short, but I am grateful for the time working the Marines.
MD Perm made moving and all the on boarding steps that were required an easy transition.
