Poor quality and very unhelpful

I received my smartwatch but realised straight away it was poor quality and got in touch immediately to return it to the UK address l checked before purchasing it ,now after many email they just keep saying l have to return it to China and it will cost £40. to post ,they say there might be a custom charge and then meacode charge 15% of value to take it back in stock also if it gets lost l am responsible I only bought it because l thought it was company in Uk .Do not touch this company it just feel like a SCAM
