Bought a fluted shower screen with handles and wall brackets. Really high quality, but exactly to specifications, about £2000 cheaper than large scale manufacturers and made in England! 6 stars
The issue as you can see from other reviews can be around communication and delivery times. Email responses are polite and helpful, but often never come and there is never an answer on the phone. Delivery time was longer than advised, but not much. Likely they're just too busy, but with this quality and price who can blame them. You just have to wait

Amazing product at a competitive price. Good service from John - product was delivered within 6 weeks with regular updates.

I was very impressed with John's help and advice. The piece of glass we purchased was to use as a new top for our outdoor dining table. It looks amazing! We are very happy with it and will certainly use Me and My Glass again should the need arise.

Glass delivered promptly and safely packaged. Put it up myself & it looks fantastic. Made such a dramatic and beautiful change to my kitchen ordering another piece.

Would have been 5 stars but the 1 pane I ordered was a little overpriced in my opinion. It was to replace one in a garden table which wasn't (again in my opinion) one that needed to be cut to size as a very standard size.

Excellent service. Our glass table top was exactly as we wanted it, delivered on time with no fuss.

I confirmed my order at the beginning of Aug 2024 and paid the full amount at the end of August and believed that the goods is ready to deliver.
However, after many chases by emails and phone calls.
They still cannot give me a definite delivery date. Totally upset with such service.
Don't know when it will be delivered.

Ordered glass 3rd July £325 nothing yet told it will be this week commencing 9th September this was when I asked for refund I shall keep this site posted

If everything I read on here and no one is getting a refund I reckon consumer law and possible more site should be taken down

I ordered samples 2 months ago and paid fully. After chasing a month later to be told they were in the post and would arrive, nothing did and still hasn't. I chased again and no reply, nothing. I then requested a fill refund and cancellation of the order.
No reply
No refund and really hard to get any response!
It's been weeks and weeks now but still nothing and I'm still waiting! Stay away from this company

I placed an order with me and my glass on the 19 August .After many emails and requests for delivery dates and return replies of delivery To date I have not received my order The payment for the goods was in his bank account on the 19 August I Still have not had my goods I would not recommend this company don’t use this company

I really recommend this company from start to finish the process was excellent.
Samples arrived on time and was excellent.
Ordered the glass and it came a week early packaging was first class really pleased.
I’ve recommended my cousin who has now ordered some glass.
Only downside you can’t call anyone.

Highly recommend, I ordered some samples of antique mirrors first and then 2 large bespoke cut mirrors. They stated 4-6 wks arrival but arrived about 3.5 wks with a lovely courier and wrapped expertly. Great service
