Same as somebody else I’ve seen here ordered two phone chargers following an Instagram ad when they come they weighed like there was nothing in them no charging cables and would literally only charge my phone 30 or so percent before running out when I contacted the to complain they tried to offer me £3 through further complaints then offered me £6.and 38 emails later just ignored me complete scam shouldn’t be allowed but somehow it is just stay away from these people would love to end this review with some serious slagging off but would probably just not get posted🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Shocking service …
I bought a garden tool costing nearly £18 and was aware that I need to attach it to a Handle myself but. O hole had been drilled through the metal appliance so deeming it useless.
They offered me £1 then £3 compensation!! They are refusing to refund the total amount or send me a returns label

Scam company
I ordered good and only part of the order came. They charged me for all the good and then said I didn’t order the item they then closed the complaint. I went through PayPal after a lot of emails they agreed to give me my refund case closed money never arrived. I opened another case and they said if I returned the goods I’ve never received they would refund. I’m so annoyed I’ll never see my money, scam company

ordered two phone chargers following seeing an instagram advert they just don't work and the weight suggest there is no actually battery in them, just a scam company, I have asked about a refund but I would be astounded if I got one.

Awful company, avoid at all costs
Awful company, didn't quote VAT until processed on PayPal. Cancelled the order immediately. Their cancellation policy says refunds are permitted prior to shipping. They went ahead and shipped anyway despite numerous emails too and fro.
