I requested a withdrawal that remained unconfirmed for over two days. When I contacted their support via Telegram, I was banned without any explanation. Shortly after, my account was completely frozen. There’s zero transparency, no communication, and extremely unprofessional behavior. I strongly advise others to stay away from this platform.
Another victim of MecaCEX, I have a withdrawal request dated 05-28-2025 but like others the withdrawal status is Wait approve by audit. I sent emails, I tried on Discord but there is no one to talk to.

i would choose zero stars if there was an optioon. tried to withdraw my XRP and USDT, my account is now frozen, its a small amount and they can keep this money or give it to charity. My funds are frozen and when i tried to withdraw it showed system error. never use this site, its a pure scam. they block you from discord when you decide to comment or ask what is the problem. its sad, please do note use this exchange at all. i think i was lucky that the amount i was transacting was small!!!
They blocked my assets after trying to withdraw, and kicked me out of their discord and telegram after messaging about the issue. It is clear a scam
I can only advise everyone against using this exchange platform. It does not comply with any international regulations and is not compliant with GDPR, MICA, or any other laws in the cryptocurrency sector. Not to mention its reputation as a well-established scammer.
