Honestly never witnessed such a bad site, dead spins galore and got a bonus that paid so little. I will never be returning to the site but just putting a warning out to others

Been a member of mecca for many years it used to be a really good site that now has gone seriously down hill,itis virtually impossible to get a win and yea bingo is a game of luck but something doesn't sit right me me when it's impossible to win anything yet other players win on a daily basis! Get booted out of the games a lot too so often don't get to see games played out,use to be a site I enjoyed sadly not now

Always enjoyed playing bingo, so thought I’d try the Mecca App. Purchasing 120 tickets per game, in a 70-80 room and very rarely get down to 1TG let alone win. I’ve played bingo elsewhere with 24 - 36 tickets in a 200 room and win or get to 1TG quite often. Somethings not right, seems a scam it’s not enjoyable to play what so ever. Same player names seem to win, and if you calculate how much money they make per game, the prizes are atrocious! Also the bonuses don’t work, I kept receiving a free £5 notification, spoke to Amy on live chat and she called me a liar; because the app doesn’t send out promotion notifications apparently. Save your money, because you’ll spend endless amounts on this app with no returns, and a totally unenjoyable experience all round.

I don't believe anyone can be that lucky so unfortunately I lost my trust in mecca..not a great site tbh..was playing another bingo site at the same time and the same name was repeatedly winning every game on that site too..unbelievable and very suspicious!

No different to Gala Bingo. You get the same winners every week. So . . . . are these winning accounts plants? It certainly makes you wonder. Can’t withdraw £225 winnings, take the money out my account via Apple Pay, but say they can’t pay it back in the same account. Complete CON. The money is stuck now in my Mecca account. Why they can pay you when you win is beyond me, no other option, it says they must pay it back into the account I paid it from. WELL DO IT THEN. CON MERCHANTS. 😡😡😡😡😡

25yrs played online mecca this is worst ive experienced site only looks after vip big spenders demotes you so you cant compete with the high rollers ,i wud NOT reccomend any new player for this site no more lost all its fun as most regulars have left

The games seem to be set at NoWin. Deposited £20/30 a few times started off low steaks Worked my way up and just constant No Win- No Win, even the few wins I had wasn't very good and once I did have a bonus/ win that was it!
Very Dissapointed Poor poor site just seems to take and not want to give. I will read reviews before I join another site.

Terrible experience! All the slot games that enjoy playing crash and give error 211 code. Spoke to Customer Service and said they would send an email for me to list all the games affected, never came!

Double bubble, Stampede or stampede the Pride! Not once did I get the three elephants! Spent £260 today on slots… it would have been cheaper to get a plane to Africa and grab 3 elephants! This site does not like or pay out on £2 stake neither I’ve notice! Has to be £1 and even then, you get 20p/40p returns!! Really really poor site! Nothing for loyalty either! Regardless how much you spend!

Mecca used to be a good site but over the years has massively lost its spark and integrity. Constant repeat winners who are never present and accounted for. I spend a fortune on this site and rarely get any returns these days, their suppossed fair chance rooms with 1 tix per person n usually between 20-35 players u can play for weeks and not get a single win while tom rich harry win on repeat 24/7 365, probably be gone within the month like so many have already over the last year. Outright infuriating!

Got offered a deposit match bonus, did not honor that bonus and asked for proof. I then sent proof via email and was told that it's not proof. Live chat basically told me I was lying even though I had an email with the promotion on it, case number 16610084 if anyone wanted ti check from mecca. Don't know why I bothered anyway, play Kong 3 and not once have I had a bonus game, honestly not once, and when the banana bowl goes off you win at most a couple of quid. Crooks and thieves

I write this with a heavy heart as the person I am talking about I get on with quite well. I have to say that the conversation last night about the damage his son has done to two families shouldn't be talked about in a bingo chat room. It is not the place for this to be discussed.

I am posting this due to two players being banned last night for nothing, for some silly fun being had with a large group of players. (this is how Mecca chat used to be before the chat team went off shore) to see 2 players being banned for having a laugh is beyond me! They say that LFs is a zero tolerance room, but this when it suits the chat host and managers. There is no posting going on about following chat guidelines and the fact the chat room is zero tolerance. This is only said when someone has been banned.

Following the 'bans' the next hour the host allowed the same word being discussed that the 2 previous players got a ban for?!? How is this fair? In fact the chat was even more graphic IMO.
Also, Players cannot talk about things in news that could be affecting their families and friends. However, a host that got married, and now getting divorced can talk freely about how that marriage affected her, but this went on for weeks! Now she's found love again, beggars belief that all the focus has to be on this chat host. I've seen players talking about their volatile relationships but have been asked to stop talking about them as they are infringing the chat guidelines?!? where and how does all this make sense?

Mecca you need to take a close look at how the site is being run as it seems to be one rule for the chat hosts and one for the players. I for one will no longer be chatting as it puts me on edge as to what can and can't be talked about.

Terrible!! Never win a penny no matter how often you play, always the same people winning prizes. These are no doubt fake profiles so mainly people don’t hardly win and Mecca don’t need to part with any money, played for months and gave up, I’d have more like winning the lottery

Terrible customer service. Called twice to have the account reopened, don't have the decency even to get back to you and land bingo never won once after 2 years going
