I bought a KM6 Delux a couple of years ago.
The TV box is OK but, since a while, the remote control doesn't turn on the box anymore.
I tried all the suggested actions from the support agent but no way...
I discovered that Internet is full of post and video of the same defect.
Do not buy it.

Bought 5 boxes 3 were lost in the mail customer service sent 3 more out right away, Got a 20% discount paid a lot less than the Nvidia Shield boxes I find the performance to be the same on both boxes. Customer service was great and found even better discounts on Aliexpress. overall great experience

Device started to crash after 2 months, no response from customer service absolute joke, also noticed no security update since March 2021 making the device a security risk too.

I bought a KM2 and it does what I want it to, no issues there. The remote control though developed a fault after about 11 months, still within the 12 month warranty period, contacted mecool about this and they sent me a new remote immediately. A positive experience with mecool, thank you!

Because of mistake I made, the wrong charger was sent with a KM2. Upon contact, mecool agreed to send me the proper charger, free of charge even though it was not their fault. Can't get much better service than that. Thanks!!

Non-existent customer service. Chat never responds.
I bought km 6 deluxe and this product after one months have found several firmware problems.
They never provide updates on their products, you can basically consider them "disposable".

PS: these TV boxes are barely worth it. Underpowered for their cost.

Scam website.. i finally received my tv box after 6 weeks in post...it was FAULTY. the product support is a joke , very little English, and told me to return at my expense... $32 in postage and despite being signed for... they claimed it never arrived !!!
29 emails, 4 months and i am still waiting.

I ordered a mecool km2 plus and mistakenly ordered wrong plug l contacted mecool who immediately offered to send me the proper plug which i thought was very good customer service

I have bought several Mecool KM 2 devices for my family, they’re really solid devices unbreakable even if you have kids at home they’re very reliable and the after sales customer service is very responsive.

Don't buy!! Scam company!! I paid $120 for a Mecool TV box. I ordered it as a gift.

The product arrived in beaten-up packaging and once I set it up the image quality was too awful to be able to make out anyone's faces on video. I contacted their tech support, tried the tech fixes Mecool recommended but the quality was still terrible.

I had to fight with Mecool customer support to get them to agree to accept a return (which I had to send back to China at my own expense). I sent the item as requested only to discover they had provided me a fake return address so the item cannot be delivered. The item is now stuck in China.

So far, it's been four months and dozens of emails of them trying to get out of refunding me for the returned poor quality product. Sadly I realized too late that Mecool is a scam company lying about the quality of their products and refusing to provide people refunds.

In short, DO NOT BUY from this company unless you want to lose your money.

Do not buy there products I bought the KM1 and that stopped completely and then they came out with KM2 so I decided to try it because it was a brand new model and now there is no sound someone on reditt told me that it’s a featured disable if you plug The HDMI cable you lost analog output capability.This really absurd and I feel cheated,there support is very poor

Takes ages to get any email from them. I want to send back device because is faulty. Apps from Play Store don't work properly. Disney+ got sound issues dosen't matter what setting are on. Some movies have no sound at all. Same Prime Video. Dolby via optical cable are not working. Home theatre getting signal that recognize signal but there is no sound. Working only as stereo. Box got problem with remote. At beginning work properly later on after factory reset due to chinesse language pop out working only when is very close to the device. Aftet shutdown box want to power up by remote, you have to unplug from mains. After that wifi is switched off so you have to manually switch it on. When you have Lan cable in, wifi wont switch on at all. Hoever will read this this box got potential but for now lack of proper software hence avoid. Not worth any money for now

New Android 10 TV box KM6 deluxe edition
It doesn't come with Amazon prime video preload or BBC iPlayer or Netflix , Freeview play , All 4 , ITV hub and so plus Google play store don't many applications for this TV box like Amazon prime video, BBC iPlayer and so , plus Mecool don't reply my email.
Some pre install app don't work ITV hub so on.
Can look into this matter reply to me can you fix it next update soon as possible.
