Would have loved to have received the package. I ordered in December and it’s now almost 2 months later and it’s still in a shipping status. I don’t understand why you would use ontrac, I get it may be cheaper but it’s horribly unreliable. I’d love a refund at this point

This product is top notch, and we'll packed with everything needed for completion. Even without being able to read the Asian writing, I was more than able to follow the instructions. All parts were presented well in individual and labeled packages. Everything went together as advertised, and was a challenging and rewarding build out. Finished product is quite a unique display piece !!

Fast shipping. Directons for assembly are easy to understand, Can't wait to get started!

The kits themselves were good. My major disappointment was the communication and the shipping. No update after 12 days of waiting. I had to email support for an update and got a USPS tracking number that said USPS hadn't received it yet. Saw or heard nothing else until the 4 kits showed up another 10 days later.

Fast shipping! This was a Christmas present and we received it on time.

We are in the assembly process now. There are only 2 complaints I have.
1. My daughter did NOT receive the small wrench but we were able the find something here that worked.
2. The battery size is no where to be found. So...well it just might light up.

Very nice easy to assemble depending on the difficulty level.

The communication is a little slow especially if you are in a hurry. Customer service is good and they go above to fulfill and satisfy the orders. Products are exceptional and well worth the wait. Love this place and their products.

I purchased (4) items from Mecrob not knowing I could choose from easy to advanced skills. I have constructed 2 in the past 2 weeks and have the more difficult ones ahead (for Christmas gifts to my sons).

These are amazing kits, very detailed and about take my breath away at how cool they are. I couldn't imagine them being better. They are off the chart cool.

There are very small parts, so be aware that dexterity is important, along with some patience. At the same time, you are constructing a masterpiece, so look ahead at the end results. If you have the time and are willing to put in the effort you will NOT be disappointed at all. These went FAR BEYOND my expectations, and I'm a nit-picky person for quality (QA Manager by profession).

I have the robotic spider lamp kit. It's an ingenious design, and shipped promptly. The parts were well-labeled, and the assembly manual very detailed. What you won't learn until you receive a kit is that the parts are TINY, requiring the small and steady hands of a surgeon to actually put the thing together. Many steps require you to simultaneously manipulate anywhere from 4 to 7 pieces - many no more than a couple millimeters in size. You'll wish YOU had eight arms!

They were really fast in fixing a delivery issue and it got to Australia in no time at all!
