Want an app that consistenly sucks?

Use Medal then. Always has some kind of issue, game volume isn't right, noise supression doesn't work, some how it doesn't pick up noise, bla bla bla... This app utterly sucks, use OBS and save yourself the headache.

this program had 1 job and it did not do it
i simply wanted to clip a game but the program did not work like it should have just a couple seconds ago and it did not do its 1 job dont get this try outplayed

Has a lot of Bugs like duplicating my folders

I had a problem with my mic in the clips and the person who helped me, tried everything and anything to get it fixed. And after about 45/50 minutes of communication we got it fixed.... They were so helpful and super kind to me <3 Medal is also really easy to use and they have videos showing you what to click if you ever get stuck.

Medal is a great clipping and editing software and it's free!

I asked for support and got Nedow, he was so helpful and fast!

Had some sort of (probably) UI bug which hindered me to both post and re-edit an already edited video. Took it up with support on their Discord server. It was all handled with the best customer service I've ever recieved and it was also fixed within the next update.

Outside of the support the app is incredible for being free. Sure, it's not a full on editing software but it does do a lot of it for literally zero money spent.

Medal has made my life easier! Their free app comes with exceptional support from experts who know their app inside out. It's rare to find this level of service nowadays. I absolutely love Medal!
