I decided to have rynosurgery and from start to finish the before and after care was amazing with great results and after care with MedAway and the hotel and the transfer teams. Would recommend anyone to visit.

The Coordinators are very good at what they do, Very patient and kind. My Dr was the best DR Taygun.
I would like to Recommend that some nurses to be taken to trauma training as some do not know how to handle patience after surgery e.g after effects like dizzyness since they lost a lot of blood. But overall my experience was great.

I had a great experience second time round. I am very pleased with my results and I do recommend that my friends and family use this clinic to gain and achieve the best results. I have had 2 procedures so far and will be returning again for a 3rd time this coming August. I cant wait to return and gain my full results and feel as confident as I do after all my procedures so far.

Excellent from the start was nervous at first with that many to choose from but Medaway seemed more relaxed and professional when speaking to them was no pressure and always felt at ease. Before surgery I was made to feel comfortable and relaxed as much as possible I woke to plenty of pain relief and information. Hotel was perfect located next to plenty of food shops supermarkets ect or room service. Once home the after care didn’t stop I’d simply drop a what’s app with questions or concerns and with in 1-2days I’d have the answer I’m now coming 5-6 months in and best thing I’ve done with my confidence I’d recommend Medway to anyone for any surgery or even just get in touch to discuss options overall so far it’s been one of best decision of my life

Brilliant experience from start to finish for me and my partner, I had rhinoplasty and my girlfriend had breast implants. Was pain free for us both and my nose and partners breasts look great!

I choose Medway in November 2024 for rhinoplasty.
I’m happy with how everything went from arriving to the airport I had numerous calls and messages that my taxi was waiting and if I needed any help at all
The nurses and drs at the clinic were lovely
While way through I was happy
If I needed help it was there but I choose to not need any I was happy with my own company so I can’t comment on the after care nurses but I was given a number for if I needed it.
My nose is perfect I couldn’t be happier

I’ve had no issue contacting Medaway since I’ve been home.
Im currently booking my next surgery with him for this year.

I traveled on my own from London and I was so nervous but from the moment I landed I was in full contact with the medaway team the drivers where very friendly and polite , I arrived late in the evening and the nurses where straight in done all my bloods and pre op tests they made sure I got food so I could eat before I had to stop and went though all the paperwork with me and made sure I was happy the following morning dr feryal come in for my consultation and went though everything with me and down for surgery I went not long after I didn’t even feel nervous going in to it I was so exited . When I woke up I was absolutely freezing from the Anastasia
But as soon as I mentioned this to the nurses they got me my blanket got the heaters on full blast and even got me a second heater with a tube to put under the covers with me. I experienced no pain whatsoever they was on point either giving me painkillers and antibiotics and after a few hours one of the nurses come in and got me up and walking and took me for a walk round the hospital floor she was so friendly any time I buzzed they got me everything I needed the next day I was checked on and eventually discharged from the hospital and taken to the hotel it wasn’t a far drive at all and the hotel staff where all lovely aswell as the hotel nurses who you had their numbers to text them about any questions all round my experience was amazing and I love my results and I would highly recommend coming back

Scam! I have paid a reservation for a surgery and changed my mind not to do it, when I asked for a refund for my deposit they told me it’s non-refundable. But they never informed me from the beginning that it’s non-refundable I felt that I was scammed by this company for not being clear they just want you to pay the deposit as soon as possible to secure a promotion they do online. Can somebody help me how to get my money back here please

So my wife and I have both just been to Turkey with MedAway. My wife for an uplift and boob job and myself for 4 new front teeth. We are both extremely happy with the end results. From arrival to procedure we were treated fantastic, well looked after, every question answered. We were both a bit apprehensive about going, but so glad we did. We will both be happy to use MedAway for any future procedures 👍🏼

had a tummy tuck procedure in June and found the overall experience to be positive. The process was streamlined, and the pricing was competitive. While there were some minor communication challenges due to the language barrier (understandable given the location in Turkey), the availability of a phone translator and Google Translate ensured I could address any concerns effectively. There was a last-minute hospital change and I couldn't stay in the originally planned hotel due to an extra overnight stay on hospital, which was a bit disappointing, but the team explained the reason. Now, eight months post-op, I'm extremely pleased with the results and the boost in confidence it's given me. The team has remained responsive and supportive throughout my recovery. My advice to future patients is to join a support group and thoroughly prepare for the procedure."

Great experience

Had an amazing experience with Medaway I’ve now been twice - 2023/24 I had a gastric sleeve & I’ve just came back 3 weeks ago from a breast uplift , each time I have been the hopsital has been clean, surgeons very good! In my consultation I felt like I was in good safe hands!
Please be away I think a lot of negative reviews come from people not realising there is a major language barrier & differnt lifestyle over there , the staff by no means were ever rude to me but maybe could have been taken like that due to lack of English! I feel you know what you’re signing up for going for surgery in a different country so this should be expected!

I went with Medaway for my Rhinoplasty and I am extremely pleased I did, from start to finish the whole team have been exceptional, from arriving-prodedure-recovering, they have provided care, kindness and great aftercare. I am currently 9 weeks post opp and am happy with the results so far. I would use medaway for any future procedures.

They took care of me the moment i stepped out the airport. From transfers to food, the customer service was incredible. They were always there to make sure i felt comfortable.

Dr Zafer Kaya is simply amazing!!! He did an incredible job with my stomach, my hips and my bum. Perfect!!! His aftercare was impeccable. He really cared about my recovery and we had calls after I came back to the UK. He even wrote a letter for me to present at my local hospital to ask for more antibiotics. I would recommend him and Medway to everyone. I didn't give 5 stars just because the post op Lynphatic Drainage was very traumatic with Medway. They were simply opening the wounds and squeezing the liquid out of me. I never felt so much pain in my life (and I had a baby, I'm a mum). Here in the UK, the massage lady was much more gentle, draining the liquid through my lynphatic system, not by opening a wound in healing process. She is so efficient, but she also cares about the patient confort and how much pain each person can take. Levels of pain sensitivity are different for each person. My results look amazing.

Such a great experience, I had two procedures at the same time and the staff were on hand everytime I needed them.
I have healed ever well and looking forward to going back for my next procedure.

Hi 2mouths ago I had my rhinoplasty with D Taygun and am here to leave a review.

I am very happy with all the experience since the beginning ( when the watsap talking started with info) until now 2mouths after my operation.

Medaway kept its word with all the services which was included in my package everything was organised and went smoothly.

After operation we were taken to a very nice hotel ( different hotel from the expected but equally nice).
Inthe hotel we were provided with a nurse ( spoke fluent english) who was coming to see me everyday to help me in my recovery. All medication were provided (but I would advise bringing stronger painkillers because they just give paracetamol and ibuprofen).

On my last day Medaway got me from the hotel took me to the hospital to see the doctor and after droop us at the airport.

I do recommend Medaway after my experience with them.
The stuff ( from doctor/ nurses
and all the organisers)were very polite friendly and always willing to help me.
