I could not log on to my account and I never connected with a doctor so now my license will expire and I don’t have a new one plus the coupon code texted to me did not work

Absolutely amazing service i have been a returning patient for over 5 years before that i was a RI state card holder but it would cost me almost triple that medcardnow charges plus with the quick virtual appointments make it super easy and convenient simply fill out your application form choose your package (either just the recommendation letter or the recommendation letter and a hard ID card version) make your payment and wait for the dr in the virtual waiting room after about 10 minutes (wait time may vary) and then boom once you see the dr your all set and then as soon as its over your letter is in your email the hard ID takes about 1 week

If you’re looking for a recommendation letter this is the place to get it, fast and very helpful staff, Dr is nice and helpful. This is not the same as a state issued ID, you still have to do that separately. Overall great experience.

I thought I was receiving a CA MMC that exempts me from the extreme CA taxes. I was not informed this card ONLY covers the amount of cannabis I buy. If I was told this information I would of moved on to find a MMC that includes exemption from CA taxes. It seems to me MONEY is all they want and patients needs fall by the wayside.
