Disgusting service!
They took so long i had to put my guns into storage, it cost me over £200.

With a quicker turnaround and lower cost than using my GP, Medcert were the best option for licensing requirements. Would recommend and use them again.

I am surprised this company has lasted 5 years - it's an absolute shambles. Wish there was a facility to award a negative star rating.
What should have been a 6 to 8 week wait for my certificate turned into a 20 week marathon. Fortunately, the Police were understanding, and allowed me to submit a partial application, less the cert.

Very quick and efficient

Appreciate the service provided by Medcert, as my medical practice refused to complete the pro-forma out of principle; And took 45 days to send me my full medical records. It took 6 weeks to get back a completed and correct pro-forma, that i could send with my FAC application.

Turn around my proforma in the stated time frame and delivered the service exactly as it should be! Unlike my GP who refused to help!

Extremely helpful when it came to renewing my license, sorted out the problem with regards to my medical records.

Had to chase them up and took a few months but was satisfied with the outcome.

I’d recommend using MedCert.

With my SGC running close to lapsing and an unhelpful doctors surgery, Medcert saved the day and fast tracked my oder to make sure I got my renewal application in on time. 100% will be using them again next time... but will give them more time next time.

Form was quick and easy to complete and Medcert do the rest. Quick turn around and no issues, will definitely recommend.

MedCert came to my aid when my GP failed, and fortunately provided me with the required certification to keep me on track. Problem averted thanks to MedCert!!

If I could give Medcert minus points, I would, as they very nearly cost me both my FAC and SGC. My Doctor and local practise refused to help with certificate renewals, so I had no choice but to try Medcert and after reading their own raving reviews, started my application.
At first, all was good. The online process was extremely simple and settling of the fee was straight forward and legit, so I was happy.
From that moment on, it was a costly nightmare for nearly 6 months and it was only after threats of legal action and compensation for firearms storage that this matter was concluded!
My GP submitted my reports to Medcert within the legal time frame and as I knew there was nothing to worry about, I didn't.
When logging into my Medcert account, all that was shown was "Processing". As my expiry date went from 25 weeks away, to 16, 12, 8, 6, 3 weeks, you can imagine my worry. Medcert failed to answer any of my calls or reply to any of my emails through their contact information provided.
My certs then expired and Medcert didn't once contact me via my answer machine messages or emails, prior to this happening.
Thankfully my relationship with the Police was good and I managed to get extensions, however after my 2nd extension, the situation was dia!
After seeking legal advice and sitting down with the Police, we managed to get a mobile contact number for the CEO from another Medcert customer who has a similar experience and you could imagine the surprise when the CEO of Medcert answered my first call to this personal number.
From that moment on, it was continuous lies, stalling tactics but thankfully the police we're now involved and dealing with Medcert as well, until the matter was concluded, even after they were issued the same lies which strengthened my case.
I will never give Medcert the time of day again or recommend them to anyone, they are incompetent and just want your money!
