Angel Austin is very friendly and accommodating. She was able to help me through the application process with ease because of how organized she is with giving instructions.

MedCerts helped me pass my CPHT in just one take. The classes i took was on point on what i do at work. I work PRN at a hospital.
The course was challenging but really helpful. Everyone was helpful and also easy to communicate your needs and concerns.

I started this journey almost two months ago it feels like and Nikki Paquette, who is also a Coast Guard Veteran, was my guide through it all! We started with one course and when I explained my situation and what I was looking for, she immediately guided me through going after the NASM CPT and going through the new setup of TA/CA where I had to add my command as well.

She listened to every concern and answered every concern! Literally one of the best advisors that I have had in anything related to professional or personal development! Can’t thank her enough!

Eddie S was a great help in getting me through apply for my course and getting me the help I need when I was stuck! When there was a road block Eddie knew how to fix it or the person to call to fix it. Overall a great experience with Eddie and MedCerts

Alyssa Eaton was very helpful throughout our enrollment process. We had a lot of questions about the program, payment options, invoice details, funding, and the loaner laptop, and she stayed patient and clear the whole time. She followed up, explained things in a way that was easy to understand, and helped us move forward without feeling pressured. We really appreciated her support and professionalism.

Nadia helped me along the way with answering my questions and addressing any issues I ran into. The content provided for the Network+ course helped me understand more in depth what I needed to know and felt like the course test was more complicated than the actual certification exam which made the testing experience better for me.

Daniel is a wonderful guy who was very patient in guiding me throughout the whole process. I love that he always check on me from time to time to update me on every stage I was during this process. He is a guy that knows his job and it’s very passionate about what he does.

Janet did a wonderful job,she answered all my questions and set me at ease. Janet was also very nice and informative.

They'll tell you sorry for their poor performance of not assigning you your exams and blame it on you that you paid a program that's already designed what it was intended to do. This program is seriously going to wait until the end of the year for me to not get access to my exam, for them to say I can't take my exam because I no longer have access to their program. Complete bull. I have gathered no proper support from this program or investigation. Don't risk it.

I’m very grateful that I find MedCerts and grateful to Ms Chiquita she helped me through the process. Very patient and very sweet.
