Nice and relaxing way to get to Medellin
It’s really nice and relaxing to get off a plane and see someone holding a sign with your name. No haggling over a price or trying to explain where you are going with my very limited Spanish.
It tools us about 30 minutes to go through the tunnel to Poblado. Really happy I found this service!

Good ride, kind driver, would recommend. Don’t expect a VIP black car experience but a friendly Spanish speaking driver that gets you where you need to go in a small
SUV, as agreed with good driving skills, communicating through WhatsApp if needed. Competitive pricing.

Carlos was amazing!
Carlos was amazing!
I had a missed connection getting into medellin, so I was 4 hours over the allotted pick up time.
Carlos was in constant communication and waited for me, then treated me to a peaceful quite ride into the city.
Highly, highly reccomend!

Great experience
Great experience, the only thing I would tell the driver is to be more in the front holding the sign with my name on it. I actually thought the driver wasn’t there but as I kept walking past all the other drivers by the taxi area I saw the sign with my name on it.

Horrible experience
The driver I was provided was extremely unprofessional. First asked me to pay for the tolls in cash and insisted that it was not part of the fare, until I showed him the company website which stated otherwise. He also offered me drugs and introductions to women and suggested I hire him for the rest of my trip.
Unfortunately I will not use your service ever again

Excellent service
I cannot say enough good things about our experience with this company. Their communication is prompt, thoughtful and courteous. We had a last minute schedule change and a late arrival. Our driver Carlos was excellent, drove safely and made us feel quite welcome in his country. We had a significant issue with our accommodations that caused us to feel very stressed as it had been a long day of travel. Carlos went well out of his way to help us. We really appreciated his professional and kind manner. And as a bonus, he spoke English!

Driver was great however the transfer service states meet and greet at the airport....but nobody was there waiting...i had to go outside and wait for the car to pick me up
