I thoroughly recommend Meden Farm UK. The service I received from them was absolutely fantastic. I lost my mother in February and needed some candles delivering to me quickly for her funeral service and Meden Farm went ‘above and beyond’ and got my candles delivered to me the very next day. I can’t thank them enough and would not hesitate to buy from them again, as they were very empathetic and understanding of my situation and the service I received really was exceptional and I will certainly be buying from them again in the future. You will not be disappointed, as they will definitely exceed your expectations.

I placed my order for candles on Friday evening through ebay. By the mistake I didn't choose next day delivery and sent the message to the seller. I received a reply in about 5 minutes. And after the second message the seller offered me to contact him directly through the phone to help me with my issue.
It was Friday 10.30 PM! That's how this company cares about the customers.

We found the way for extra payment and Saturday morning lovely seller called me to confirm that the parcel had been dropped and sent the tracking ID.

Also as my excuse for late evening disturbance and such a quick, friendly and understanding attitude I'd transferred a little bit higher amount for fast delivery. And the seller added extra candles to my order! It was so sweet!

As well I was very happy with candles' quality. Very nice shaped, burning time as expected and even longer; none of the candles went out or smoked. Perfect.

Bought some honey to make mead from a few different sources to see what worked well, Meden farm's honey was just so much better than the others, this is some great quality great tasting raw honey.
It even arrived really quickly when ordering in mid-December.

Excellent company to do business with, Royal Mail delivered to me a broken tub of honey, i telephoned Meden farm honey, spoke with their representative and he was very helpful, and sent me a replacement tub of honey 🍯 within three days,
i would highly recommend this company.

Highly Recommend. I ordered beeswax bars to create a thin film on warmed oven trays to bake my bread. This is an ancient monastic tradition. The result is excellent. Price was very reasonable. They were despatched immediately and arrived very carefully wrapped in perfect condition. Mr Syed told he is based in Ilford, Essex but the products come from Bulgaria. He was very efficient, polite and telephoned me twice to ensure I was happy with the products before I placed my order. I made a second order for honey comb which is absolutely delicious. Shall certainly be ordering again .

So Sayed, Meden Farm’s owner rang me on the prompt of my email. That was to advise of the fact an item was left short of my order. Sayed made a personal call to me (out of work hours too, I might add) and that was fine by me... Clearly, Sayed carry’s his business and was more than well mannered to me without any quibble of a mistake and will post on the missing item.

Aside of the great customer service, the products are showing to be a great composition of a natural derivative of bees, that can only be healthy and it avoids the nasty additives we would find in many clinical type products. Highly recommended!

Please be very careful and do your research before you purchase from this company.
I happened to ask a few simple questions and got very vague and irritated replies.
The website is cleverly created in such a way, using all the right words, that create a sense of purity for the product. However when you ask the simple question "do you have any certification for the organic status?" (after all, they advertise the honey as organic) You are met with a barrage of rubbish.
I was told the honey is from Bulgaria and Poland and what makes it organic is, that it straight from the hive into the jar, with no heating no refining blah blah blah. You are told they don't have organic status certificates In Bulgaria or Poland ....which is untrue! Furthermore, the word organic pertains to the status of the soil and the plant that is harvested, so in this case the flowers of the plants that the honey is obtained from should be grown on organic land which is free from pesticides, and they should be a soil analysis certificate showing that the item is indeed organic.
As I was questioning the man, he became unacceptably rude, and told me in no uncertain terms, using the exact words "Madam, if you wanna buy, then buy, if not, then don't, we don't have any certificates!" then he hung up on me.
On checking company details and doing social media research I can confirm the few 5 star reviews previously left are from people they already know....trying to boost the company ratings!
If you are looking for pure Organic honey to purchase, this is NOT the place.... in fact under UK law they should not even be advertising this as organic if they can not provide the organic status certs for it, and on checking, I can see they are not registered under any of the 10 bodies under Gov.uk that you need to be registered with if you wish to label or advertise your item as ORGANIC. Please do not spend your hard earned money on items labelled as organic, when they may not be. ASK for proof of organic status.
As someone who likes to pay for pure and organic products, I do a lot of research, because I know how easy it is to set yourself up as an organic business when you are not! (check sites like ASA and foods standard agency)
I can assure you these are not pure, and certainly not organic, in fact you cannot even be sure that this honey is raw or undiluted, or even from Europe....there has been a deluge of products coming from China, and being sold by shady salespeople, even large supermarkets (check out Tesco, selling 'Organic Root Ginger' from China!) as organic and European..... please shop somewhere where you can be provided these assurances, some proof that the honey is as advertised.
Also please note, the same company is also marketing the same products under under several other brand names
