Really unprofessional
- I found it unprofessional that Medex Health are not sending a calendar invite which can lead to exactly the problem that we had
- I am a proponent of data protection and I found it off-putting to be told that I can't delete my data until after the call - I want to have full control over my data, particularly medical
- On the data protection note, I would have liked a specific disclaimer/information how you will deal with sensitive data like my medical data (when it will be deleted, who has access, etc.) to make me feel comfortable
- I would have expected detailed questions prior to the call to make it as useful as possible (the doctor asked if there was more information - this is obviously not helpful since we are already in the call. If I would have known the request beforehand, I could have complied)
- In the call, the doctor needed to make a lot of assumptions about my current health status since he can't examine me personally - this rendered the opinion pretty much useless since I can't assess my detailed health myself. I would prefer to go physically to a doctor to get a second opinion since the assessment of the current status might be wrong (and not just the recommended action)
- Given that medical appointments are covered by medical insurance, I am not sure why I would pay 990 Euro. If the second opinion via your platform would have been paid for by medical insurance, I would maybe consider it in the future but the drawbacks due to the missing physical assessment is still there
- The follow-up from the call is also not clear. I had asked the Professor to send me his assessment and notes of the call via email but from your initial emails, this seemed not to be included deliverable
So overall, I would say you should avoid this sservice
