Very fast, polite and friendly customer service helped me to resolve every little issue that arose (due to my own carelessness) at launch of my website.

When I signed up the control panels and login process was a little convoluted but they have since fixed that. Very good pricing for what you get. And the fact they aren't going to censor you or cancel your account if you have the "wrong" political views is a major plus.

I am not so tech-savvy, but he is always quick and helpful with any questions I have!
