I order meds from them days later they want $300 for the shipping and now I dispute this because they didn't mention it when I placed the order and the police will probably be involved if I don't send it

Scam, I placed an order to what I thought was a pharmacy, 2 days later they request more money for insurance and then bully with your product will be turned over to police and I will go to jail. SCAM PLEASE STAY AWAY. This is not a legit pharmacy

Fraud. After you pay, no customer service, no delivery, nothing. You can write to ´´custom service´´ so many times as you want without ANY answer.

This company is a SCAM. They started out as MEDICAL-SECURE ( with lawsuits against them), then began using FLU-ARMOUR and now MEDICAL-PROTECTOR. Don't give any of these companies a dime. Scam websites need to list them properly.

They take your money and don't send the product. They don't respond to inquiries. The website is recently built.

Scam scam scam!!!!! Stay away!! Having to jump through hoops just to get my money back because they will actually rebuttal your dispute with bank with more fraud/ fake documentation! So ridiculous!

My dad ordered mask from them IN MARCH. It's been over two months, and he's been "in contact" with Rene Major as well with her telling him that Covid has affected shipping and to refrain from asking for a refund. Totally a scam. No delivery of products, and a fake refund policy I believe. Complete scam and I hate that it has happened to us as much as others too. We're low income, and don't have $70 to waste. He's trying to dispute the transaction, and hopefully that goes through, but I hate being in this predicament in the first place along with everyone else who's fallen victim to this during this time. Somebody please make them pay since they clearly aren't willing to. If that changes for us and everybody through refunds, then so be it. Otherwise they need to be held accountable for this crime.

Just like everyone else here I have been scammed by this "company". I ordered face masks on the 1st of march and still haven't received them nor did I get any reply for my emails. And the tracking number provided only directs to a chinese post website with not info on my package!
It's so obvious that it's a scam website I am only writing to see if anyone has any info on how to report them and stop them ripping off other people with their scam website. Please share and let's all help out.

Much like everyone else I've yet to receive an order made 03March2020 for face mask. Tracking was created with China Post on the same date of purchase and no further updates from China Post and/or Medical Secure.

As for all other messages this year - this company seem to be scammers who send automated messages only and do not reply to email query requests. Did not even provide a tracking number and over 10 weeks since our order.

I too have been waiting since the 3rd March for a delivery. I received a dispatch and tracking confirmation complete with tracking number. However, it looks like China Post never received the items. The register the tracking number as soon as they are notified to carry. It does not mean they have the items in their system.

I have repeatedly emailed the seller and had replies, but only that "the package is at the postal center.

My last email was cc'd to the following addresses:

political_uk_at_mfa.gov.cn

I suggest others do the same.

If we cannot stop them scamming customers, perhaps the Chinese Government can.

I ordered face masks from this company on February 26th , goods have not arrived, according to their tracking they were sent by China Post. I have emailed them several times but they don’t reply.

I got scammed like everyone else. Ordered masks on Feb. 27 supposedly coming from Florida and to be received within 2 weeks. Received shipping notice on March 3 with a tracking number which showed dispatch by China Post. There has not been a further update, and as of April 11 I have not received the goods. An email to the company was not answered. Even if shipping was from China, the package should have arrived weeks ago. Do not order from this company or its successor. They are dishonest scammers.

I would give it zero stars if that was an option. Do not purchase anything from these scammers ... for all the reasons others have posted here.

This store is surely a scammer, please don't buy anything from this store anymore. They fraud my money for $160. I am disputing this charge from my credit card bank account. I wish they go to hell too.

I got scammed in early Feb of 2019.

These low lifes were initially called Flu-Armor.com then changed to Medical-Secure and currently Medical-Protector.
I am sure they are enjoying the hell out of ripping people's bank account at a time of panic pandemia all over the world.
How many of them there may be, I hope they get hit by a truck and leave earth for good.
