Our transporter, Scott was absolutely amazing!!!! He treated my mom with kindness, patience and care. He was extremely helpful throughout her entire appointment.
The dispatch and reservation side of the experience was equally great. They explained all of the cost and explained the entire process, even and especially because we needed CFD for lift asisstance. When my frustration showed , they were patient with me. I recommend this company to everyone.
