Great piece of kit so far. Does exactly what it says it will do.
Bit fiddly to set up but once it’s done it’s great. Would recommend for anyone that needs reminding to take tablets and have dosage measured for them. Especially useful when tablets must be taken on a time critical basis.
Peace of mind for the family that important medicines are being taken at correct times and gives independence to my family member !

Shoe arrived in a couple of days , it really helped me get around after that as my normal shoes or walking shoes where to tight against the stitches in my foot , the only thing was advertised as half the price of delivery etc .

Not big enough, despite following instructions.
Straightforward ordering and delivery. Delivered in a short time. Would have been five stars, but the collar (despite having measured as per the instructions on the website) was not a good fit for my wife. We ordered the next size up (medium), but this was too small. When wearing, there is insufficient length and the velcro tab pops loose, springing the collar off.

Unsatisfactory product, return refused
Very efficient delivery so that's why I gave them 2 stars. However I ticked the delivery info box but I guess didn't think the product would be so unsuitable. And the problem is that you don't know if it's unsuitable until you actually try it. My neck pillow made my neck worse rather than better. I am now left with a foam pillow which cost £52 used only for 15 mins. I understand the hygiene issues but in most cases the product can be steam cleaned/ sterilised on return. Very harsh policy. Most unhappy as I've now lost £52

Good quality
Ordered a knee brace for a torn MCL. Good quality product. However I had to exchange this for the next size down, there was no issue with reordering and refunding the exchange.
Will use this company again. BTW price was very competitive .
