I received the wrong item --- jogger instead of stroller --+ I wanted it for my granddaughter for the school holidays when she is with me .
3 phone calls and 3 emails later I was told that the item would be collected ( by a very helpful victor)butI would have to wait until it was examined before I would get a replacement!!!--
I have checked and the item has been received 2 days ago .
Please can I have a replacement of what I ordered.
If not a replacement ASAP I want a refund .
The reason why I choose your company was that it would be delivered within a few days.
