Did not send me what I wanted or ordered. I wanted a refund and returned. They told me that they could not accept it even though we still shield and unopened. What a rip off do not trust her.
Update 12/23/24
After several emails with customer service they daid refunded me the shipping charge of $8+. As of this morning I have not received the refund. I did receive the replacement box of supplies I purchased today.
Don't buy diabetes supplies or TRT supplies from them. On 12/14/24 I ordered a box of easy touch 27g .5inch syringes. I purchased 4 day shipping. My order never moved forward so by day 5 I emailed the company.
Their response was it lust have got lost. They could refund me or reship it expedited. I needed the syringes so I chose expedited.
This morning I get notified delivery is expected 12/24/24 so that would be a 5 day delivery. Definitely not expedited shipping .
I emailed the company again this morning with the complaint and that I expected next day or 2 day not 5 day shipping. They ghosted me
