Schnell und genau. Gerne wieder.

Other than for some medicines (Rezeptpflichtig) where one has to send the original prescription to München, the process is quite painless. The delivery is quick and exact, although they do not deliver to Switzerland.
I will continue to use Medicanimal.

Fantastic products, delivery and service!

I purchased two products by virbac for my dogs and they are fantastic, they got here earlier than expected and were purchased at a fantastic price! Very trust worthy site and would recommend Medicanimal.de to anyone!

The order took 7 days to be sent out

My order took 7 days to be sent out. Several calls and emails were required to get it sent out at all.
The delivery date was very important for me, as I ordered a medicine for my dog. Finally, my dog had to suffer without medicine for two days.

Thank you kindly for your review.

I can confirm you placed your order with us on 17 August. The order was duly dispatched on 21 August, and reached you on 24 August. Please be aware that items under 1kg, which are bound for Germany, can take anything up to seven working days, as stated on our website. As such, your order arrived on the fifth working day, meaning we were well within our stated delivery time.

We are of course, aiming to bring this delivery time down, as we realise that in certain circumstances our customers require their order urgently. However, for the time being, we do advise customers living in Germany that order under 1kg could take anything up to seven working days. Sincere apologies if this was unclear at the point of purchase.
