Medicare Gurus have been taking care of my Medicare Supplement coverage since I became eligible. Have always been very happy. Brad noted that my premium was increasing, contacted me, and got me switched to another policy with same coverage and lower premium. Greatly appreciate the high level of customer service and will always recommend.

Have been a customer for several years (since retirement). Excellent service and a willingness to provide advice and lay out the options. I really appreciate that approach. Trustworthy people!

I had two people who were on top of it and gave me correct and useful info- I had terrible people who did not know what they were talking about- gave me a wrong fax number which delayed my processing for 6 weeks, told me the wrong way to send proof of medical coverage info, and one who told me I no longer needed to apply for part D because ( as of last May) it had been rolled into plan B. There was another who told me my application had been received- when in fact it had not... I didn’t find out until I took the initiative to call 2 weeks later and got a competent person.
You folks already know your website is terrible for newcomers- confusing and almost inoperable. So why don’t you do something about it already?
