Helpful. Clear explanation. Answered all questions.

Everything went well, its just that Medicare is a confusing list of benefits where "things may or may not" be covered. It's a lot of going back and forth and analyzing.

Marcia was very helpful and spent a lot of time with us. She very professional and courteous.

The consultant was very knowledgeable and informative. All of our questions were an answered satisfactorily. The consultant made the experience of selecting supplemental health insurance a pleasant and educational experience.

Evonna was exceptional. She listened, asked questions, provided recommendations and WHY recommending to go that direction. Answered all our questions and worked with us filling out the applications. No pressure to make a decision right then, but we we wanted to move forward so now feel in control of being a first timer medicare applicant.

I had to backup at one point when the question regarding current health insurance was asked. I couldn't get past it so I said I had not health insurance currently.

Sign-up for Plan G was straight forward with no issues. We were pushed towards a Dental plan with assurance that my Dentist was in network. After checking with both my Dentist office and Ameritas (the Dental insurance company) I found that my Dentist was not in network. I asked Robert Dolbow via email if he would cancel my application for the Dental insurance but have apparently been ghosted as I received no response to my email.

Made enrollment easy!
