Helpful, efficient, friendly.

My son and I have been here three times now, for both Fit to Travel certs and return PCR testing as we were advised that the postal system not always reliable. Very kind, punctual and empathic doctors and medics. Results within 24 hours as promised. We will definitely use them for all our travel requirements in the future.

I used medic clinic at Bedford for my days 2 & 8 covid19 test scheme.

I visited in person and the staff at the clinic were professional, polite and adhered to all safety measures.
I understand they send the tests to a Cambridge based lab which is quite close to Bedford and I received results well within 24h.

4 stars rated because when I submitted my request online, noone came back so I had to call them. Upon call the were super helpful even if it was a late call. Unfortunately, they sent me an email with wrong date for day 2 but upon second call, they fixed pretty quickly and re issued confirmation email.

This clinic is so incredibly helpful. Go out of their way to help, very knowledgeable. This clinic is a breath of fresh air.

I strongly recommend Medic Clinic, we are extremely happy with their tests service! Haleemah was particularly wonderful with answering every question we had along the way and making a huge effort to provide the day 5 results as early as possible so that we can get out of the quarantine without delay. I could not have wished for better service! I will definitely choose Medic Clinic again next time I arrive to England.

Can't recommend The Medic Clinic Bedford enough. After being scammed by 001Doctor on our Day2 & Day8 tests, TMC really came through. We called them and within a few hours a courier came to our door to do the swaps. Within 12 hours we had the results of our Day2 test. The same courier arrived again yesterday morning to conduct the Day8 swap, and again we had the results back in no time. They are really friendly and helpful and very easily reachable by phone.

After several attempts (five) to make contact by email I have not received a reply as requested.
I explained that I do not have a mobile connection and asked that they responded to my email address.
I have not been able to arrange for a covid test package prior to returning to the UK.

Ruby was my absolute life saver!! I never got the final confirmation for my covid testing kit from another provider and Ruby enabled me to get on the plane thanks to her swift and unbelievable helpfulness!! Amazing! Best service Ive received in all of the UK! Thank you!

Despite high accreditation this provider does not provide the reference numbers for the UK locator form on time. Furthermore their test returns are advertise as 24-48 hours and does not happen. You try to contact them and is worthless.
La but not least if you attend the clinic in Moorgate is crowded since they allowed 3-4 companions per patient agains NHS advice.

Strongly suggest to remove them from UK approve list of COVID arrivals providers.

I can only endorse what others are saying. I had a bad experience with a fly-by-night covid test supplier ( see 001doctor.uk). They took the money, did not supply, and did not reply to email queries, did not pick up the phone. I then called the Medic Clinic, as they have a credible website (ie they have a range of medical offerings, not only pure Covid, and clearly do exist). The phone was immediately picked up by a very personable doctor, who took my details, and within a few hours, a courier came to my door, swabbed me and my day 2 test was completed. So a very professional service, and I cannot recommend them more highly. Just a shame that there seem to be so few doing the same, and that the list of government-approved suppliers is not policed by the government!

Didn’t even come back to me. If you need the test urgently or within the next couple weeks, don’t bother submitting an application.
