I haven't received the product yet but the buying experience is terrible. They have purposely made the pricing difficult to understand with no confirmed total as you go along. I thought I was paying £36, my bank authorisation confirmed this which is why I continued with the purchase and then two additional payments came out immediately after with no authorisation one for £73 and another for £36, not really sure how this is possible. When the website makes you believe you are paying £36 and then a payment for £36 comes out plus the that is suspicious and screams scam and fraud. I contacted them within minutes and they said they couldnt cancel the order. Thankfully I bought it on a credit card and will be asking my card company for a chargeback. My advice would be dont do it, its not worth it.

I placed an order for 1bottle and refused ALL the extra add on's..yet somehow they took the value of 5bottles from my account..I contacted them immediately and requested to cancel my order and receive a full refund.They apparently can not do this I have to wait until they are dispatched and I receive them then I have to pay to return them before they will look at a refund..zero help from customer service..I believe its a total scam

If what I've ordered comes on the date that they telled me and the product l ordered did what it says on the bottle, I would be grateful and I would give this company a five star review.

Total crap—don't buy it under any circumstances! It says 36.65, but you end up paying 109€. No idea where they came up with that number. I strongly advise against it—it's a huge scam.

I tried to cancel order with hours of ordering 17th August Items sent back with proof of delivery and I am still awaiting refund. Keep getting reply saying that my request will be answered in 30 minutes.

Just ordered from here then checked my bank to realise that they have not just took the payment I agreed to for my purchase BUT they have also tried to take another £70 plus !!!???

Went to purchase the 3 month bundle and it added more to my basket glitched out and has charged me £150 and they don’t answer your emails or contact and refund you like they say they will . Will be taking further if I don’t get my money back as I do not want the order !

An extra payment was attempted on my card , luckily Monzo declined it as I was not expecting an extra £67 charge ontop of the £36 I’d paid…

Very good, but the only thing what was wrong with this was they took more money out of my account than expected

Can’t give more than 1 star as only just ordered yesterday and of course not received yet and don’t know if I will, do see a lot of the same situations about the 36 then another 76 pound coming out, thankfully my bank declined to accept the second payment of 76.95 and only 36 has came out, and received a confirmation email, and says 1 out of 3 bottles which is fair but this should be stated before we get to that stage. I don’t know if this is a legitimate company or it’s a scam. Don’t think I’d recommend them either way.

03/09/26..u fraud cheater theives.i return ur fake parcel back on my own expenses. And today u return it back. I paid for return shipping.provided u tracking. As u fraudsters ask me yo return for full return and after u cheated me? U think its over .no we contacted FBI to investigate it.as u selling fake dangerous medicines.which Netherlands also need to take action.ppl are going to.die with that.also this fraud is not acceptable. Why would I waste my £85? U ask.me to.return that crap(we have all the emails u send) now I want my money back.
