Been a customer for 7 months now

Been a customer for 7 months now, no issues, pens arrive promptly. Have only had one issue last month when several needles bent as I put them on the pen but luckily I had some spare ones. One of the cheapest companies on the market.

System Changes - delay

I have been a customer for a long time and had excellent experiences to date resulting in me recommending to others who have become customers.

The system change has resulted in my last order being delayed, then having to do a video, despite being told the previous month I didn't need to do one. Having called to chase up my order there was a further delay in processing.

I hope that the recent changes have now settled and that the excellent service can resume
